Star Wars: Episode VIII Rumors Include Luke & Chewy Vs. Knights Of Ren

A batch of new Star Wars: Episode VIII rumors has hit the net regarding the planet of Ahch-To, which was the planet seen at the end of Star Wars: The Force Awakens with that Rey and Luke Skywalker scene.

The details come from a reported contractor who witnessed the events in Ireland (via Star Wars Union):

Rey undergoes Jedi training on Ahch-To.

The Knights of Ren disturb Rey’s training.

Chewbacca is involved in the scene as a battle erupts against the Knights of Ren.

Previous Star Wars: Episode VIII rumors from a while back also mentioned the scene involved around seven or more of the Knights of Ren along with Kylo Ren (via Making Star Wars):

It’s said an unmasked Kylo Ren leads the Knights to where the “heroes” are, and Kylo also has his cross guard lightsaber.

Kylo Ren and Rey battle one-on-one while the Knights of Ren go after Luke Skywalker.

The first of the Knights of Ren goes after Luke with a battle axe but is killed when Luke “Force Pushes” him off the cliff and through the air.

Luke ignites his lightsaber and takes out the Knights of Ren one by one.

Kylo defeats, but does not kill Rey.

Luke Skywalker approaches Kylo Ren; Kylo sees the Knights of Ren have been defeated and flees.

Luke Skywalker is described as “a badass Jedi.”

If we put the information together from all the above, we can speculate that Chewbacca may also help defeat the Knights of Ren, and there may be other characters involved in the scene as well. We can further speculate the scene may have actually been teased in Star Wars: The Force Awakens with Rey’s vision of the Knights of Ren.

Sounds awesome.
