Mercy Graves Joins Supergirl Season 4

Mercy Graves Joins Supergirl Season 4

Since Zack Snyder killed off the character in Batman vs. Superman, the Amazonian bodyguard of Lex Luthor is available, as it’s announced Mercy Graves will be featured as a villain in Supergirl Season 4.

Mercy Graves, who actually first appeared in Superman the Animated Series, will be played by Rhona Mitra, who is known for Underworld, The Practice, Boston Legal, Nip/Tuck, The Last Ship, The Strain and more.

It’s also learned that Robert Baker will play the brother to Mercy’s brother with Otis Graves, who first appeared in the Richard Donner Superman movies and not the comics.

The characters are described as:

  • Mercy Graves (Mitra) is an ex-CADMUS agent who has always believed in human exceptionalism. But with both Lex and Lillian in prison, Mercy is stepping out of the Luthor shadow and running her own show. With her biting wit and lethal brawn, Mercy steadily becomes a key figure in National City’s growing “human-first” movement.
  • Otis Graves is Mercy’s defacto right hand man. What he lacks in brains, he makes up for with his savant-like abilities to assassinate aliens.

Supergirl Season 4 premieres in its new timeslot on Sunday, October 14 at 8pm EST on The CW starring Melissa Benoist.
