Superman Henry Cavill Helps Save The Day After Hurricane Irma (Video)

Henry Cavill is not only Superman in the upcoming Justice League movie, but Henry Cavill is also a super man in every day life!

Henry Cavill took to Instagram to show a video of himself helping out some friends who have downed trees as a result of the high winds from Hurricane Irma.

“Popped over to Florida to help out some friends,” Henry Cavill posted. “Also got to use a chainsaw for the first time and as you can see it was almost my last time too! Wishing everyone a speedy rebuild process and a chainsaw accident free environment.”

Watch the video. Careful, Henry! It looks as if there might be some kryptonite around!

Henry Cavill returns as Superman this November in Zack Snyder’ Justice League movie. Man of Steel 2 is also in development, with it recently learned Kick-Ass and Kingsman director Matthew Vaughn has talked to WB about the sequel.

“I don’t know what I’m going to do next but I have had chats about Superman. I love Superman. I like superheroes,” Matthew Vaughn recently told Hey U Guys.

Justice League has a story written by Chris Terrio and Zack Snyder, with the screenplay by Chris Terrio and Joss Whedon, and Justice League also stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon and Willem Dafoe an Atlantean, Nuidis Vulko.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
