From the Director of Black Panther and Creed

Written and directed by Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Ryan Coogler, Sinners reunites him with frequent collaborator Michael B. Jordan. Jordan stars in a dual role as twin brothers Smoke and Stack, who return to Clarksdale, Mississippi, to open a juke joint. As music and celebration fill the night, a sinister evil emerges, threatening to consume the heart and soul of their community.

“You keep dancing with the devil,” the trailer warns. “One day he’s gonna follow you home.”

The film’s cast includes Jordan, Hailee Steinfeld, Miles Caton, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Jayme Lawson, Omar Miller, and Delroy Lindo.

Coogler’s Team Reunited

Behind the camera, Coogler brought back his Black Panther team: cinematographer Autumn Durald Arkapaw, production designer Hannah Beachler, editor Michael P. Shawver, composer Ludwig Göransson, and costume designer Ruth E. Carter—all of whom contributed to Sinners’ rich period atmosphere.

Produced by Zinzi Coogler, Sev Ohanian, and Ryan Coogler, the film carries the signature of Coogler’s production company, Proximity Media, and is distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures.

The Perfect Movie for Halloween

With its Southern gothic setting, hypnotic score, and haunting visuals captured in IMAX 70mm, Sinners promises a Halloween experience like no other.
