Nobody 2 Trailer Released: Bob Odenkirk’s Hutch Is Back, and Vacation’s Over

The first trailer for Nobody 2 has dropped, and Bob Odenkirk’s Hutch Mansell is back doing what he does best—wrecking people who mess with his family. The sequel to the 2021 box office hit arrives in theaters August 15.

In Nobody 2, Hutch is still working off a $30 million debt to the Russian mob, handling contract killings across the globe. He may be efficient, but it’s wearing on his home life. To reconnect, Hutch and his wife Becca (Connie Nielsen) take their kids on a vacation to Wild Bill’s Majestic Midway and Waterpark—a throwback to his childhood.

Vacation Turns Violent

Things go sideways fast in Plummerville. After a run-in with some locals, Hutch ends up targeted by a crooked theme park operator (John Ortiz) and his sheriff ally (Colin Hanks). That’s before the real threat shows up—Sharon Stone as a full-blown, bloodthirsty crime boss who pushes Hutch past his limits.

The Cast and Crew

Bob Odenkirk leads a cast that includes Nielsen, Gage Munroe, Paisley Cadorath, RZA as Hutch’s brother Harry, Christopher Lloyd as his dad, and Stone as the new villain.

Nobody 2 is directed by Timo Tjahjanto, with a screenplay from Derek Kolstad and Aaron Rabin. Kolstad also created the characters and wrote the first film.

Producers include Kelly McCormick, David Leitch, Marc Provissiero, Braden Aftergood, and Odenkirk himself. David Hyman serves as executive producer.

Nobody 2 lands in theaters August 15.
