‘Ms. Marvel’ Directors Rumored For ‘Spider-Man’ 4

With Jon Watts not returning for more Spidey movies, Kevin Feige and Marvel are currently searching for a director to helm Spider-Man 4.

It has been claimed that Feige is trying to decide whether to make the fourth film another big Multiverse flick or bring things back down to Earth and make it more street-level.

According to a new rumor, Feige might be going with the latter, which was also speculated with the recent Black Cat rumor.

What does the rumor say?

CBM says the rumor offers Marvel is developing a new trilogy, and similar to how Jon Watts directed the previous three Spider-Man films, that Marvel wants the same director on the new trilogy.

The rumor also adds that Kevin Feige is taking his time in the search for a new director and that Feige is in total control of the creative process. A separate rumor said the head of Sony and Feige were butting heads as Sony wants Spider-Man 4 released ASAP, but according to this new rumor, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Apparently, names being thrown out to direct Spider-Man 4 include the directing team of Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah who directed the first and last episode of Ms. Marvel on Disney+ and that canceled Batgirl movie at Warner Bros. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are also known for Bad Boys For Life, so Feige going street-level with Spider-Man 4 would fit.

It is pointed out that Kevin Feige was impressed with their work on Ms. Marvel, so Feige might want to bring them onboard the billion dollar Spider-Man franchise.
