Alien: Romulus: First Look At Xenomorph

Thanks to a movie theater statue, we get a first look at the Xenomorph in the upcoming Alien: Romulus movie from Disney’s 20th Century Studios.

Fans went to theĀ Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in Los Angeles and snapped images of the Xenomorph statue on display for Alien: Romulus, which gets released on Aug. 16.

According to the info, the Xenomorph is going by the name ā€œScorched.ā€

Worth a mention is that the Xenomorph looks a lot like the original version (check out the NFT release below), as it’s been said Alien: Romulus returns to the franchise’s roots.

Regarding the original version, Veve has revealed images of its upcoming collectible featuringĀ ā€œBig Chapā€ from the sci-fi classic film Alien.

What is Alien: Romulus about?

Alien: RomulusĀ takes the phenomenally successful ā€œAlienā€ franchise back to its roots: While scavenging the deep ends of a derelict space station, a group of young space colonizers come face to face with the most terrifying life form in the universe.

The film stars Cailee Spaeny (ā€œCivil Warā€), David Jonsson (ā€œAgatha Christie’s Murder is Easyā€), Archie Renaux (ā€œShadow and Boneā€), Isabela Merced (ā€œThe Last of Usā€), Spike Fearn (ā€œAftersunā€), Aileen Wu.

Fede Alvarez (ā€œEvil Dead,ā€ ā€œDon’t Breatheā€) directs from a screenplay he wrote with frequent collaborator Rodo Sayagues (ā€œDon’t Breathe 2ā€) based on characters created by Dan O’Bannon and Ronald Shusett.

Alien: RomulusĀ is produced by Ridley Scott (ā€œNapoleonā€), who directed the original ā€œAlienā€ and produced and directed the series’ entries ā€œPrometheusā€ and ā€œAlien: Covenant,ā€ Michael Pruss (ā€œBoston Stranglerā€), and Walter Hill (ā€œAlienā€), with Fede Alvarez, Elizabeth Cantillon (ā€œCharlie’s Angelsā€), Brent O’Connor (ā€œBullet Trainā€), and Tom Moran (ā€œUnstoppableā€) serving as executive producers.
