Veteran actress Sigourney Weaver is reportedly in talks to join Amazon’s upcoming Tomb Raider series from Phoebe Waller-Bridge, which stars Sophie Turner as Lara Croft.
Weaver would star alongside Turner should she ultimately sign on for the project.
Character details are being kept under wraps, but the casting marks another major addition to the series, which begins filming in January.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s Amazon Series Moves Forward
After reports the series had been canceled, it was recently confirmed Tomb Raider is moving forward at Amazon Prime Video. Waller-Bridge serves as creator, writer, and executive producer, with Chad Hodge as co-showrunner and Jonathan Van Tulleken directing.
