Robin Hood Trailer Released by MGM+, Stars Sean Bean

MGM+ has dropped the first trailer for its upcoming drama series Robin Hood, starring Sean Bean (Game of Thrones) as the Sheriff of Nottingham.

The 10-episode series premieres Sunday, November 2, with a special two-episode debut at 9 PM ET/PT. Episodes will then air weekly through December 28.

A Modern Take on Robin Hood

Robin Hood reimagines the classic tale with a focus on both historical authenticity and character depth. The story centers on Rob, a Saxon forester’s son, and Marian, the daughter of a Norman lord. Following the Norman invasion of England, the two fall in love while fighting for justice and freedom.

Rob rises as the leader of a band of rebel outlaws, while Marian infiltrates court politics to combat royal corruption. Their combined efforts drive the fight to bring peace to the land.
