Gi-hun Returns, But the Odds Are Worse
Season 3 picks up after the failed uprising in Season 2. Gi-hun, still reeling from betrayal and loss, is back in the dorm and back in the games. The new trailer shows him trapped in a cycle of increasingly violent rounds, as players split into factions and desperation sets in. Front Man remains in control and appears more ruthless, while the VIPs return to spectate the bloodshed.

New Faces and Familiar Enemies
The trailer introduces new characters played by Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, and Park Sung-hoon, among others. All are competing for survival as Front Man watches from the shadows. Jun-ho continues his off-island search, unaware of a traitor within his circle.
Director Hwang Confirms Final Season
Hwang Dong-hyuk returns as director, writer, and producer. In a statement, he noted this season will conclude the “fierce clash” between Gi-hun and Front Man, bringing the saga to its final confrontation.
