SYFY released a new featurette for their upcoming Superman prequel series, Krypton, with âMaking of the Legend,â which focuses on Superman with footage from the series and interviews with Cameron Cuffe, Geoff Johns and more.
Krypton premieres next week Wednesday.! I got an early look at the pilot and was really happy with it. You can check out my non-spoiler thoughts here.

What if Superman never existed? Set two generations before the destruction of Supermanâs home planet, KRYPTON follows Seg-El (Cameron Cuffe), the legendary Man of Steelâs grandfather, as a young man who is faced with a life and death conflict â save his home planet or let it be destroyed in order to restore the fate of his future grandson. KRYPTONÂ is from Warner Horizon Scripted Television and is executive produced by David S. Goyer (âMan of Steel,â âBatman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,â âThe Dark Knight Trilogyâ) through his Phantom Four banner, alongside Cameron Welsh, who serves as showrunner. In addition to Cuffe, Sipos and Ritson, the show also stars Georgina Campbell (âBroadchurchâ), Elliot Cowan (âDa Vinciâs Demonsâ), Ann Ogbomo (âWorld War Zâ), Rasmus Hardiker (âYour Highnessâ), Wallis Day (âWillâ), Aaron Pierre (âTennisonâ) and Ian McElhinney (âGame of Thronesâ).
