A new promo trailer for Arrow Season 4 has been released with “Aim Higher,” which can be watched above.
Arrow returns Wednesday, October 7th starring Stephen Amell, Emily Bett Rickards, David Ramsey, Willa Holland, Katie Cassidy, Paul Blackthorne and John Barrowman.
