Villains Revealed For Arrow, Flash, Supergirl & Legends Of Tomorrow Crossover

The villains of the upcoming CW DC crossover are revealed for when Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow collide later this season.

It’s revealed DC’s TV universe will be taking on the Dominators.

“We’re taking inspiration from a DC crossover from the late 1980s known as Invasion!, which featured an alien race called The Dominators, who’d previously vexed the Legion of Superheroes,” Executive producer Marc Guggenheim said, reports THR. “We’re using cutting-edge prosthetics and computer effects to achieve a feature film-quality look which is faithful to Invasion! artist Todd McFarlane’s interpretation of the characters.”

The comic book story of Invasion! written by Keith Giffen and Bill Mantlo saw the Dominators lead an alien alliance in attacking Earth in an attempt to the eradicate the planet of its unique indigenous super-heroes. The Dominators formed an uneasy alliance with the alien worlds of Khund, the Warlords of Okaara, the Daxamites, the Psions, the Gil’Dishpan, Thanagarians, the Citadel and the Spider Guild.

DC VP of Creative Affairs Dan Evans recently described the big CW DC crossover as one that will blow comic book fans minds and also teased more of the Legion Of Super Heroes for Supergirl.

The Flash season three premieres on Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. on The CW, Arrow season five premieres Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 8 p.m., Supergirl season two premieres Monday, Oct. 10 at 8 p.m., and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow season two premieres Thursday, Oct. 13 at 8 p.m.
