Tom Cruise Injured Filming Mission Impossible 6 (Video)

Ouch!

Video of Tom Cruise apparently injuring himself doing a stunt for Mission Impossible 6 has hit the net.

The video shows Tom Cruise attached to a harness and leaping for a building, but crashing into the side of the building as he comes up short where he tries to catch himself.

Tom Cruise then pulls himself up where a noticeable limp can be seen.

Next he swings back over to the original side, gets the harness taken off and continues to walk with a limp.

It doesn’t appear as if filming stopped, so it’s possible Tom Cruise may have meant to crash into the side of the building, but he may have hit his knee. Ā Ā

Tom Cruise plays Ethan Hunt in the MI movies and also does his own stunts. Let’s hope this is just something minor!

The accident follows producer David Ellison and CEO of Skydance Media recently tellingĀ Collider that Tom Cruise will be performing the ā€œmost impressive and unbelievableā€ stunt of his career: ā€œWhat Tom is doing in this movie I believe will top anything that’s come before. It is absolutely unbelievable—he’s been training for a year.It is going to be, I believe, the most impressive and unbelievable thing that Tom Cruise has done in a movie, and he has been working on it since right after Rogue Nation came out [in 2015].ā€

Mission Impossible 6 has a July 27, 2018 release directed by Christopher McQuarrie also starring Henry Cavill, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan and Alec Baldin.
