Of course, Tara Strong is known for voicing Harley Quinn in a plethora of animated DC movies and series.

Strong also provided the voice of Quinn in an episode of Arrow.

Margot Robbie is said to be Harley Quinn for the DC movie universe with Suicide Squad.
