We get a look at the final season of Superman & Lois which shows off the Smallville house as well as the Kent family.
Thanks to Michael Bishop who plays Jonathan Kent, the actor posted a pic from the set of Season 4 which is now filming.
Bishop is shown with Alex Garfin as his brother, Jordan Kent, along with Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois and Tyler Hoechlin as Clark who also plays Superman.
The setting is the Kent Smallville house, so now we know that Smallville will at least play some kind of role in the final season.

What about the Smallville cast?
It has been reported by Deadline that the final season has dumped all of the cast except for the aforementioned Kent family and Michael Cudlitz as Lex Luthor, so it has been wondered how they are going to explain not using the Smallville cast. It has been speculated the Kents move to Metropolis, which would explain why Smallville cast isn’t used in Season 4.
The outgoing cast is said to include Dylan Walsh as Sam Lane, Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang, Erik Valdez as Kyle Cushing, Inde Navarrette as Sarah Cushing, and Sofia Hasmik as Chrissy Beppo, with Wolé Parks as John Henry Irons, and Tayler Buck who plays his daughter Natalie Irons also out.
However, Erik Valdez also recently posted a set pic. He plays Kyle Cushing who has been said to be part of the Smallville cast that got the axe, so it remains to seen what is exactly going on.
Deadline did previously report that some of the cast could return in guest starring roles, so that could be going on with Valdez.
Another possibility is that the first episode of Season 4 will see the Kent family say their goodbyes to Smallville. Michael Bishop’s photo shows the Kent family all wearing suits so maybe there is some sort of goodbye dinner party as they leave for Metropolis.

Let’s hope they give the creators, the cast and the fans the sendoff the show deserves
Regardless what happens, since it’s the last season, lets just hope the series goes out with a bang and they do it justice. It’s really an end of an era that started way back with Stephen Amell and Arrow back in 2012 and the Arrowverse.
No specific release date has been announced but The CW just said Superman & Lois Season 4 will premiere sometime in the fall.
My insiders have said there have been issues with the budget and VFX, but THR reported they were delaying the show to get the VFX right, so hopefully, someone caught wind of my scoop (also told me about Daredevil) and decided to fix things.
I thought Todd Helbing did a phenomenal job with the show and I will definitely miss it and Tyler Hoechlin as the Man of Steel. James Gunn should also consider bringing Todd Helbing into the DCU.
