I just blasted Kevin Feige, Disney, Marvel and the fake fans regarding the rumor they might be using the woke Nova in the MCU, but we may have a small glimmer of hope thanks to a Marvel exec who recently name-dropped Richard Rider in an interview.

The Marvel Comics and the MCU don’t have the best track records as of late, as for the past decade, the Marvel Comics have been destroying original characters, which is right around the time Disney purchased Marvel.
Kevin Feige has since adapted the same garbage in the MCU for the past five years. How’s it been working out?

So fitting with Kevin Feige’s woke approach to the MCU for the past five years, there have been a number of rumors that the woke version of Nova will be coming to the MCU. He’s similar to crappy characters like Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Kate Bishop, the MCU’s She-Hulk and G’iah, America Chavez, Ironheart etc. — badly written to fulfill an agenda.
So while rumors have said the woke Nova will be in the MCU, Brad Winderbaum, the head of Marvel Studios TV, Streaming, and Animation, actually says he is a Richard Rider fan:
It’s new territory for us, developing more shows than we produce. Nova certainly is exciting to us, we’ve got some great ideas simmering. I think there’s a lot of potential there. I love Nova, also, from the comics, especially the Richard Rider era… we’ll see what happens. Like you said, there’s only so many release slots in the schedule, but we want to make sure everything we make is as good as it could possibly be. But I will say that is a particular project we are excited about and excited about developing.
There have been rumors that Marvel is courting Jared Padalecki to play Nova. Screen Rant notes in their article:
It’s also worth keeping in mind that by not rushing, they could also have a bigger success with the casting, especially if they tap a big name who may be available for Marvel Studios by the time they get working on Nova .

However, at the same time, there have been rumors that Marvel is going to use BOTH Richard Rider and the woke Nova. They did something similar in the comics, which was written by the same writer behind Quantumania – and was just as bad – who reportedly has been fired from Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. So I will ask again: How’s that working out?
What happened in the Marvel Comics is that true Nova fans completely rejected the woke Nova, and it failed miserably. Despite Marvel spending tons of money on the woke version that they never did for Richard Rider, the Rider version sold better (same era of comics led to the MCU’s multi-billion dollar Guardians of the Galaxy franchise).
So we have to be careful the MCU isn’t going with a bait-and-switch using an older version of Richard Rider in a desperate attempt to sell fans the woke Nova because you sure as fk know the weirdos at Disney want the woke version in the MCU. Stay strong, true Marvel Cosmic, believers!
