Resident Evil: Vendetta takes place between Resident Evil 6 and the upcoming Resident Evil: Biohazard.
Resident Evil: Vendetta is directed by Takanori Tsujimoto, written by Makoto Fukami, produced by Resident Evil video game producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi, and Takashi Shimizu, creator of The Grudge, is on board as executive producer.
The live-action Resident Evil: The Final Chapter movie also comes out next near starring Milla Jovanovich.
