Netflix has released the Stranger Things 4 trailer, which is the first half of the season, as the season is split into part 1 and part 2 due to the length of the episodes and the runtime of the season being twice that of any season.
“It’s time. See you on the other side. Stranger Things 4 Vol. 1 premieres May 27th, only on Netflix,” teases the video description.
The series is created by the Duffer Brothers and stars Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, Charlie Heaton, Sadie Sink, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson, Cara Buono, and Brett Gelman. The Duffer Brothers, Shawn Levy, Dan Cohen, and Iain Paterson serve as executive producers.
Stranger Things 4 is described as: “It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.”
It has also been announced that Stranger Things 5 will be the last season.
