The Plot Thickens
Season 2 plunges Richter Belmont (Edward Bluemel) and his allies into an even more perilous struggle. Fresh from the devastating events of Season 1, Richter, Maria (Pixie Davies), Annette (Thuso Mbedu), Edouard (Sydney James Harcourt), and Tera (Nastassja Kinski) are no longer the same. Each character has been deeply scarred—physically, emotionally, or both—by their encounters with a cunning and ruthless cadre of vampires.
This season introduces an even greater threat: Erzsebet Báthory, the Vampire Messiah. Already a force to be reckoned with, she now seeks the full power of the goddess Sekhmet to plunge the world into eternal darkness. To stand a chance, Richter and his band are joined by Alucard, the legendary dhampir who has spent centuries fighting to protect humanity. Together, they’re in a desperate race against time to stop Erzsebet before it’s too late.
Returning Talent
Castlevania: Nocturne Season 2 brings back the creative team which includes Clive Bradley as creator and showrunner, alongside showrunner Kevin Kolde and directors Sam and Adam Deats.
Is Season 2 the last?
Series director Samuel Deats recently said they have halted development after Season 2 and are awaiting to receive word if Castlevania: Nocturne will be getting a Season 3.
“It goes without saying, but if you want to see more shows of Castlevania quality, please support S2 when it releases!” Deats said.
