Man-Ape, aka M’Baku, will be in the Black Panther movie.
In the comics, Man-Ape is one of Wakanda’s greatest warriors – second only to Black Panther – and a rival of T’Challa’s as well. Man-Apes powers include superhuman strength, speed, agility, stamina and durability equal to that of the mystical Wakandan white gorilla.
Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as the titular character, Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Danai Gurira as Okoye, and Andy Serkis is rumored as Ulysses Klaue, with Sebastian Stan speculated to make an appearance as Winter Soldier.
Black Panther has a February 16, 2018 release directed by Ryan Coogler who is co-writing the script with Joe Robert Cole.
