On the flip side, negative reviews point to rushed storytelling, underdeveloped characters, and the short episode count as reasons the series doesn’t fully deliver on its potential.

What the Positive Reviews Say

“Without a popular hero to lead with, Eyes Of Wakanda instead relies on the infinite potential of the Wakandan brand to great effect; the result is beautifully crafted but feels somewhat incomplete.” – Empire
“The stories themselves are fairly thin, and hit similar thematic beats a lot from one episode to the next, but the action elevates the whole thing.” -Rolling Stone
“Beautifully rendered, the series isn’t as expansive as “Black Panther” lovers might expect, but it’s a decent holdover until ‘Black Panther 3’ debuts.” – Variety
“With its imaginative machinations and gorgeously giddy action, Marvel Animation and Proximity Media deliver on the promise of the wider world of Wakanda. Long before the end of the “Eyes of Wakanda,” you’ll be geared up and ready for the next mission.” – RobertEbert.com
“Eyes Of Wakanda is a thought-provoking, entertaining glimpse past Wakanda’s curtain.” – AV Club
