Disney has released the first trailer for Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair, the long-awaited revival of the beloved sitcom.
What is Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair about?
The trailer shows Malcolm (Frankie Muniz) reluctantly pulled back into the family chaos after keeping his distance for years. Now an adult, Malcolm is summoned by Hal (Bryan Cranston) and Lois (Jane Kaczmarek) to attend their 40th wedding anniversary — and as expected, things spiral quickly out of control.

The special four-part event, streaming April 10, also features the return of Christopher Masterson as Francis and Justin Berfield as Reese. Meanwhile, Erik Per Sullivan is not back as Dewey — the role is now played by Caleb Ellsworth-Clark.
Joining the cast is Vaughan Murrae as Kelly, the youngest Wilkerson sibling, confirmed to be non-binary, and Anthony Timpano as Jamie. Malcolm also has a daughter, Leah (played by Keeley Karsten), and a girlfriend, Tristan (played by Kiana Madeira).
