As part of the Justice League movie display at Comic-Con, which appears to include a new Superman costume, on display are the three Mother Boxes for the film.
It’s reported the villain of Justice League, Steppenwolf, returns to Earth in order to retrieve the three Mother Boxes that were first lost on Earth in a battle that took place thousands of years ago (to be shown in an extended prologue for the film!) with the humans, Amazons and Atlanteans.
The Mother Boxes are sentient super computers capable of all kinds of advance things, such as creating Cyborg as seen in Batman vs. Superman. Two of the other Mother Boxes are said to be in the hands of the Amazons and the Atlanteans.

“Justice League” has a November 17, 2017 release directed by Zack Snyder starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon and Willem Dafoe an Atlantean, Nuidis Vulko.
Synopsis:
