A sequel is underway for the 2018 Halloween movie with Jamie Lee Curtis and the cast expected back, which also includes Judy Greer and Andi Matichak.
Details include that Jason Blum and Blumhouse are also expected back on as producers with the Halloween 2 script being written by Scott Teems whose writing credits include Narcos: Mexico and Rectify.
No plot details are known, but the 2018 movie ended with Curtis, Greer, and Matichak somewhat trapping Michael Myers, with an end-credit teaser teasing that Michael had survived.
The movie was an absolute blast to watch in theaters as the audience I attended with had loads of fun reacting to the on-screen deaths and action.
The 2018 film made over $253 million at the box office on only a $10 million budget, so expected Halloween 2 to come out rather quickly.
