Yesterday saw the 2018 OscarĀ Nominations announced, which included nominations for Marvel Studiosā Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and Fox Studiosā Ā Logan movie.
Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is up for the Best Visual Effects Oscar, with Logan up forĀ BestĀ Adapted Screenplay.
James Gunn took to social media as did Hugh Jackman and James MangoldĀ to react to the news where we also see noted comic book writer Mark Millar congratulatesĀ Mangold.

The 90th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2018, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, and will be televised live on the ABC Television Network at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. The Oscars also will be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
