âYou helped raise the bar on Superman training today!â The Man of Steel actor posted. âI did 1 million reps in honour of you guysâŠjust kidding, it wasnât anywhere near that many but I did want to say thank you for the continuous support you have shown for the things that are dear to my heart!â

Following Man of Steel and Batman Vs. Superman, Henry Cavill returns for Justice League, which is currently filming in the UK.
Both Cavill and Justice League co-star Aquaman Jason Momoa have been hitting the weights pretty hard as of late. Itâs thought weâll see a duel between the Last Son Of Krypton and the King of the Seven Seas at some point in the film.Â
