Hayao Miyazaki’s ‘The Boy and the Heron’ Lands Robert Pattinson, Christian Bale, Mark Hamill

Ryan Coogler Isn’t Done With Marvel — Black Panther 3 Is Next

The English dub version of Hayao Miyazaki’s The Boy and the Heron has landed the voice talents of Robert Pattinson, Christian Bale, Mark Hamill, Florence Pugh, and Gemma Chan.

Studio Ghibli revealed the cast in a new poster which also includes Dave Bautista, Willem Dafoe, and Karen Fukuhara.

The film opened in July in Japan and was a big hit. The Boy and the Heron is also an official selection of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and New York Film Festival (NYFF).

Both the English and Japanese versions open in theaters on Dec. 8 in North America.
