What did Christopher McDonald say?
Christopher McDonald said Adam Sandler showed him the first draft of Happy Gilmore 2.
âI saw Adam about two weeks ago, and he says to me, âMcDonald, youâre gonna love this,ââ he said an interview on Audacyâs 92.3 The Fan. âI said, âWhat?â He says, âHow about that,â and he shows me the first draft of Happy Gilmore 2.â
Since the sequel hasnât officially been announced, McDonald suggested that his comments should perhaps be âcutâ from the interview, âbecause I donât want to be a liar,â but McDonald did confirm Sandler âdid show me that [script], and I thought, âWell, that would be awesome.â So, itâs in the works.â
He added, âFans demand it, dammit!â
