Guardians of the Galaxy Movie Director James Gunn Says LOTR Best Trilogy Ever (Video)

Joining Arrow‘s John Barrowman on Attack of the Show was Entertainment Weekly writer Geoff Boucher and the director the Guardians of the Galaxy movie, James Gunn, with the trio talking about the best upcoming Holiday movies.

We see James Gunn mention how the Lord of the Rings is the best trilogy ever with some jokes directed toward the Star Wars fans in attendance. In addition, Gunn questions how The Hobbit will look as it is shot at 48 frames-per-second which will give it an ultra-realistic look; however, with all the big sets and make-ups, will it look fake because of that?

From there, the Osama Bin Laden movie, Zero Dark Thirty is discussed, of which Barrowman has a small role, and Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained, Les Miserables, and a few more.

Finally, James Gunn jokes about this season being the last for Attack of The Show.

Check out the video below for more.

The Guardians of the Galaxy movie has an August 1, 2014 release date and is directed by James Gunn.
