Goosebumps Author RL Stine Writing Marvel Comic Book Series

RL Stine, known for writing the Goosebumps children horror novels, and TV series and movie, is writing a comic book for Marvel.

The author confirmed writing a new Marvel comic book while participating in a Reddit AMA.

A fan asked RL Stine if he ever considered writing a comic book, in which RL Stine replied:

ā€œI’m writing a series of comics for Marvel– my first comics ever. But I’m not allowed to talk about them yet,ā€ Stine said.

As noted, the RL Stine Marvel comic book series is unknown, but we can speculate it may be horror themed, which would keep in line with RL Stine’s Goosebumps. It’s also possible the RL Stine Marvel series could be a horror and supernatural comic book aimed at younger comic readers.

RL Stine first published Goosebumps back in 1992 with ā€œWelcome To Dead Houseā€ and has since published over 60 of the novels including spinoff books. The Goosebumps TV series aired from 1995-1998, and most recently saw the Goosebumps movie starring Jack Black in 2015.

Cosmic Book News will keep you updated when more news of the RL Stine Marvel comic book is released.
