At Anime Expo, Netflix has announced the premiere date for Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle, the sequel to the first anime film from last year.
Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle premieres on Netflix on July 18, 2018.
The movie comes from directors Koubun Shizuno and Hiroyuki Sesh-ta, and a story from Gen Urobuchi, with Polygon Pictures and TOHO producing.
The sequel to Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters, this epic re-imagining of the Godzilla world in a futuristic setting pits humans and robots against the biggest Godzilla ever seen in an interplanetary struggle for survival.
