Viewers of Game of Thrones may have been left scratching their heads after watching tonight’s episode about two things in particular: Sansa’s Letter, and why the dragon reacted the way it did to Jon Snow.

Regarding Sansa’s letter, which saw Littlefinger let Arya discover, the reason he did so was because the letter was written by Sansa under duress, meaning not of her own free will. Sansa wrote the letter back in Season 1, which states:
Robb, I write to you with a heavy heart. Our good king Robert is dead, killed from wounds he took in a boar hunt. Father has been charged with treason. He conspired with Robert’s brothers against my beloved Joffrey and tried to steal his throne. The Lannisters are treating me very well and provide me with every comfort. I beg you: come to King’s Landing, swear fealty to King Joffrey and prevent any strife between the great houses of Lannister and Stark.
Cersie had Sansa write the letter to her brother Robb, with Sansa thinking it might save her father, Ned Stark (it didn’t). It should also be mentioned that when Robb Stark did read the letter, he didn’t believe it and rallied his troops against Joffrey, which Arya didn’t know. So more than likely in the following episode Arya will believe the letter to be real, setting up a feud between the sisters, which is what Little Finger intended (Vanity Fair goes into in further detail).
Showrunner D.B. Weiss explained Littlefinger’s scheme in the featurette following the episode:
[Arya] gets roped into spying on somebody who is actually leading her by the nose. He’s looking for a way to prevent this sister bond from developing further because the tighter they are the more definitively he is caught on the outside of it.
On the Sansa end of the relationship he’s seen the opening and now all he needs to do is give Arya a cause to display real rage towards Sansa. He knows full well that with what’s going on in Sansa’s head with regards to Arya and how dangerous she is, when Arya starts to act dangerous and act angry, he knows where Sansa is going to turn.
Now regarding the scene with Jon Snow and the dragon, the reason the dragon took a liking to him is because–Jon Snow is a Targaryen! And Daenerys also happens to be his Aunt!
Last Season saw Brandon Stark have a flashback revealing Jon Stark is actually the son of Lyanna Stark and Prince Rhaegar Targaryen! This means Jon Stark is not the son of Ned Stark! Ned Stark travelled to Dorne to save his sister, Lyanna Stark, but found her dying in child birth, and she made Ned swear to take care of the child, of which Ned even did in death!
The episode also saw a tidbit revealed when Sam and Gilly were discussing the Maester’s “bowel movements” in that Gilly read a passage stating Elia Martell and Rhaegar Targaryen had an annullment, and that Rhaegar was remarried to someone else in a secret ceremony in Dorne–which more than likely means Rhaegar Targaryen married Lyanna Stark!
This also means that Jon Stark is not a bastard! And get this, it also means Jon is the actual rightful heir to the throne and would surpsas Daenyerys (his aunt) as lineage for the king is passed from father to son and not from brother to sister (UpRoxx goes into further detail)!

Question: I guess it’s safe to assume that since Jon is a Targaryen that he might be able to ride the second dragon, which leaves a third dragon. Is there a third Targaryen out there?
