Felicity Jones has mentioned a couple of interesting details about Amazing Spider-Man 2 that help put the puzzle pieces together.
She says that she is on the dark side, and that her character in the movie is the girlfriend of the Goblin.
From that we can basically guess that Felicity Jones will be playing the Black Cat, and that the Goblin will indeed by played by Dane DeHaan.

Many have thought that Felicity Jones is playing the Black Cat for sometime, and it previously seemed to leak that Dane DeHaan is playing the Goblin as well as a costume description has recently became known.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 swings into theaters May 2nd, 2014 directed by Marc Webb starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Jamie Foxx, Dane DeHaan, Paul Giamatti, Felicity Jones, Colm Feore, and Chris Cooper as Norman Osborn.
