Following its quarterly earnings call, Disney has updated its release date schedule and slate which includes Marvel, Star Wars, Toy Story, and more.
Marvel
MCU 2024
Regarding the Marvel releases, this year will only see the release of the untitled Deadpool 3 on July 26.
The first trailer is expected Sunday at the Super Bowl.
MCU 2025
The schedule also confirms four Marvel releases in 2025.
While Bob Iger didn’t mention Blade and Thunderbolts during the earnings call, they are still on the schedule.
Captain America: Brave New World gets released on 2/14/25; Fantastic Four on 5/2/25; Thunderbolts on 7/25/25, and Blade on 11/7/25.
MCU 2026
For 2026, an untitled Marvel movie is slated for 2/13/26, and worth a mention is that Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is still on the schedule for 5/1/26.
Rumors have offered Avengers: The Kang Dynasty has transitioned into “Avengers 5,” but according to this info, it seems as if Marvel might be sticking with the Kang story, which means Kang will be recast, with Jonathan Majors having been fired by Disney.
Another untitled Marvel movie is slated for 7/24/26, with a fourth on 11/6/2026.
MCU 2027
Disney only has Avengers: Secret Wars listed from Marvel on 5/7/27.
Star Wars
For Star Wars, no movies are getting released in 2024 or 2025.
An untitled Star Wars movie has a 5/22/26 release date; a second said to be for The Mandalorian and Grogu has a 12/18/26 release date, which means the 5/22 release could be for the Rey movie or the Dave Filoni film.
A third Star Wars movie is set to be released 12/17/27 which could be for Rey or the Filoni film or even the James Mangold Star Wars flick.
