Another day, another rumor debunked–this time for Deadpool 2!
Deadpool 2 writer Rhett Reese has taken to Twitter to debunk a recent rumor surrounding the movie and characters from X-Force.
Rheet Reease says they’re flat out wrong.
The Deadpool 2 rumor stated the movie would introduce X-Force characters Sunspot, Feral, and Shatterstar at the end of Deadpool 2 in a post-credit scene, which would set up the X-Force movie.
I believe it was originally reported X-Force would spin out of Deadpool 3, and in addition, if the rumor was legit, that would mean Sunspot, Feral and Shatterstar would need to be cast, which is why I never reported on it as the rumor seemed a bit of a stretch.

With respect to Deadpool 2, false stories have outnumbered true stories by a large, large margin. Stay skeptical. Avoid the worst offenders.
