Woke Seth Rogen Has A Role In James Gunn's 'Supergirl'

Everything coming out about the DCU Supergirl movie continues to sound like a disaster, and now it’s claimed that woke Hollywood actor Seth Rogen has a role.

Supergirl is already facing severe backlash for its first trailer, which drew more dislikes on YouTube in 24 hours than the Superman trailer did in six months.

Trailer Criticism and Fan Reaction

The trailer is basically a carbon copy of James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy movies — ranging from the goofy tone, to 80s music, to Supergirl even wearing a similar outfit and sporting a Sony Walkman.

Fans of the comic also don’t like how they made the villain completely different, again likely to fit with that goofy tone.

Test Screening Reports Sound Bad

Then there are the reactions from Supergirl test screenings. They also haven’t been good. The feedback is said to be not great and the villain is described as underwhelming.

Now, Jeff Sneider adds what he heard about the Supergirl test screening, and it sounds like more garbage of the galaxy.

Seth Rogen Cameo Rumors

Sneider says Milly Alcock’s Supergirl and David Corenswet’s Superman communicate in Kryptonian. However, there will be “communication” issues. Maybe Superman doesn’t know Kryptonian?

Sneider also adds that Seth Rogen has a cameo role in Supergirl as a voice actor.

ComicBookMovie laughably claims Seth Rogen might be voicing Krypto, theorizing that since Supergirl goes to a Red Son, maybe the Red Son changes Krypto.

The theory actually doesn’t make much sense, as you would think the Red Son would weaken Krypto, not make him smarter, and give him the vocal anatomy to communicate with humans, which he doesn’t have. But hey, this is Gunn’s goofy DCU we are talking about here, so who knows what will happen?

More than likely woke Seth Rogen is providing the voice of a goofy alien is my guess.
