Vincent D’Onofrio has officially confirmed that Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 has finished filming.
The Kingpin actor took to X to share the news, posting:
“@Daredevil Born Again.
That’s a wrap folks.
Cannot wait for all you DD fans to experience what we’ve all done for you.
@DisneyPlus @Marvel”
D’Onofrio plays Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin, a role he originally portrayed in the Netflix Daredevil series, and later reprised in Hawkeye and Echo.

Uncertain Future For Season 3
While Season 2 has wrapped, the future of the series remains unclear. As previously reported, D’Onofrio hinted that Season 3 depends entirely on the audience’s response:
“If they allow us to continue, we have a plan,” he said. “It’s up to the fans.”
With the first season of Born Again failing to chart on Nielsen and mixed reception from longtime viewers, fans are hoping Season 2 will continue to course-correct.

More Marvel Changes?
The second season is expected to lean more into the darker tone of the original Netflix show. Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock, and Krysten Ritter is confirmed to reprise her role as Jessica Jones. Rumors offer the other Marvel Netflix characters could be back.
Jon Bernthal is also confirmed to be starring as The Punisher in Spider-Man 4 and is working on a Punisher Disney+ special.
Whether that’s enough to revive interest and green light Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 remains to be seen.
Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is expected March 2026 on Disney+.
