Daredevil Sinks Lower: ‘Born Again’ Still Not On The Nielsen Charts

How low can you go? The first four episodes of Daredevil: Born Again have now failed to make the Nielsen viewership ratings charts.

Nielsen has released the numbers for the week that episode four was released, where Daredevil: Born Again once again fails to get listed.

The Nielsen ratings are automatically turned on in Disney+ accounts and are the industry standard of measurement for viewership data.

What are the ratings?

With Netflix’s Running Point coming in at #10 with 373 million minutes, that obviously means the week Daredevil: Born Again episode 4 was released comes in lower.

The previous episode is known to have come under 464 million minutes, and the first two episodes released under 465 million minutes.

However, that 373 number gives us a better indication of what is going on with Daredevil: Born Again, in that it appears the numbers are far worse than thought.

It also suggests that no one is binge-watching the series, again, because Nielsen measures all the episodes available within a given week’s time. The episode also happened to feature the return of Jon Bernthal as The Punisher.

Disney previously released data that Daredevil: Born Again is watched by fewer Marvel fans than Agatha. We do have the Nielsen numbers for Agatha (see below), which is probably a close indication for DD.

None of those episodes, save the last two, would have made it on the Nielsen charts if released at the same time as Daredevil. We also see Agatha got a decent boost with those last two episodes, so perhaps fans are waiting for the entire Daredevil: Born Again series to drop before watching. The episodes are actually so-so at best, but that last episode is actually really good. It will be interesting to see if it cracks the Nielsen charts.

Daredevil: Born Again is already in the works and gets released March 2026.
