Following up on director Scott Derrickson’s upside down tweet referencing other dimensions, now the official Marvel Studios Twitter account has released a short new Doctor Strange promo featuring an upside down tweet as well.
“Question reality. Change your destiny. #doctorstrange,” the tweet reads.

“Doctor Strange” has a November 4, 2016 release starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Rachel McAdams, Tilda Swinton, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Mads Mikkelsen.
Synopsis:
