Christian Bale Weighs In On The End Of The Dark Knight Rises

The end of The Dark Knight Rises has been up for debate as some thought Batman sacrificed himself saving the city from the bomb, and the end scene with Alfred and Selina Kyle was just a dream.

However, now Christian Bale is directly asked the question while doing press for his latest movie Exodus: Gods and Kings.

While Bale says he likes to leave it up to the audience, he says he did not think it was a dream sequence,  and that it actually took place.

Interestingly enough, while we didn’t get to see it in the movie, a toy of The Bat in The Dark Knight Rises contained a way for Batman to escape.
