‘The Boys’ Season 2 Trailer Brings Back Karl Urban

Amazon Prime has released the Season 2 trailer for The Boys, the uber-popular new superhero series that stars Karl Urban.

The trailer starts off with a bloody Homelander and proceeds to show off more footage from Season 2 revealing that the series returns in 2020.

The Boys stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Jack Quaid as Hughie Campbell, Antony Starr plays Homelander, Antony Starr as Starlight, Dominique McElligott as Queen Maeve, Jessie T. Usher as A-Train, Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, Chace Crawford as The Deep, Karen Fukuhara as The Female, Tomer Capon as Frenchie, with Nathan Mitchell as Black Noir.

The Boys is an irreverent take on what happens when superheroes, who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians and as revered as Gods, abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. It’s the powerless against the super powerful as The Boys embark on a heroic quest to expose the truth about “The Seven,” and their formidable Vought backing.
