Marvel’s upcoming Black Panther movie features an all-star cast!

Kevin Feige fills in Vulture that the Black Panther movie is actually “the highest-class cast we’ve had on a first movie,”–which are some big words!

“Every day, seeing that cast come together … it’s just amazing. Across the board, it’s the highest-class cast we’ve had on a first movie.”

The Black Panther movie includes Oscar-award winning actors like Lupita Nyong’o and Forest Whitaker, big TV stars including Danai Gurira (Michonne on The Walking Dead) and Sterling K. Brown (Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story), Get Out and Sicario breakout actor Daniel Kaluuya, none other than Angela Basset, and Michael B. Jordan.

Chadwick Bosemann also made his Black Panther debut in Captain America: Civil War.

“You always like your instincts being validated, and Chadwick was the first choice for us,” said Feige. “He was the only person we ever talked to about the role, and one of the highlights of my career was calling him out of the blue on a speakerphone with [Civil War directors] Joe and Anthony Russo and our executive producer Nate Moore, who’s now executive producer of Panther. I said, ‘Have you ever heard of Panther? Would you want to play him?’”

Also starring in Black Panther: Martin Freeman (Hobbit trilogy, Sherlock), Andy Serkis (Avengers: Age of Ultron, Star Wars: The Force Awakens), Letitia Wright (Urban Hymn, Glasgow Girls), Winston Duke (Person of Interest, Modern Family), Florence Kasumba (Captain America: Civil War, Emerald City), and John Kani (Captain America: Civil War, Coriolanus).
