A couple of days ago saw a batch of Batman rumors hit the net, which included mention that the Batman movie script could get a complete rewrite.
The Batman rumors also mentioned that Jared Leto's Joker was a part of the original Batman movie script that also featured other DC villains.
The rumors futher said the Ben Affleck might be leaving the role and that there is more going on than meets the eye.
However, now a reporter for Variety is stating that everything is good with the Batman movie script.
A Twitter user asked Variety reporter Justin Kroll, who first reported on the news that Ben Affleck was stepping down as director on Batman: "Any truth to the rumors that The Batman script is being redone from scratch?"
"No, several sources already saying new script came in this month and everyone including [Toby] Emmerich and Ben [Afleck] very happy with it," Kroll responded.
Ben Affleck and Geoff Johns' Batman script has been rewritten by Affleck's Argo screenwriter Chris Terrio who also was responsible for the complete rewrite on Zack Snyder's Batman vs. Superman and wrote Justice League.
We can also probably assume that since Ben Affleck is happy with the Batman movie script, that he won't be leaving the role.
