The Batman: Jeffrey Wright Spotted With Gordon Mustache

While not an official look, we get our first peek at what Jeffrey Wright will look like as GCPD’s James Gordon in The Batman.

Wright, who is presently in London as filming takes place for The Batman in the UK, was spotted Saturday by a fan sporting the James Gordon mustache.

The fan posted pics on Twitter noting that Jeffrey Wright shared some details about The Batman, but unfortunately the fan failed to divulge further info.

IMDb actually lists Scottish actor Alex Ferns, who is known for HBO’s Chernobyl, as playing Commissioner Pete Savage, so it’s thought that Jeffrey Wright in The Batman is just a part of the Gotham City Police Department, though there is a theory that Fern’s Commissioner gets murdered in the flick with Wright getting the promotion to Commissioner Gordon.

An official look at Jeffrey Wright in the movie or set images have yet to be released, but you can check out cool fan art below.
