First Avengers: Doomsday Poster Revealed As Marvel Begins Trailer Rollout

Marvel Studios has officially released the first poster for Avengers: Doomsday, teasing the beginning of its marketing rollout for the next Avengers event film.

“Doomsday is coming. December 18, 2026,” Marvel Studios posted on social media alongside the image, which features a dark, green-lit design forming the Avengers “A,” hinting at Doctor Doom’s influence over the story.

The poster marks the first official piece of key art for the film and arrives shortly after Marvel began debuting character-focused teaser trailers in theaters.

“The character that changed our lives. The story that brought us all here together. It was always going to come back to this,” said the Russo Brothers about the return of Chris Evans as Steve Rogers.

Trailer Rollout Underway

The Avengers: Doomsday poster follows the first teaser centered on Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers, which has been playing with Avatar: Fire and Ash.

According to reports, Marvel is rolling out a serialized set of character teasers ahead of the full trailer released weekly with Avatar in theaters.

The next preview is said to focus on Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, followed by Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom, and then the complete Avengers: Doomsday trailer.
