As expected, The Batman gets a new release date which follows the news of Dune taking its October 1, 2021 release, and WB announces new release dates for The Matrix 4, The Flash, and Shazam! 2 while Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam gets taken off the release schedule along with Minecraft.
The reason for all the shifts is that the fears surrounding the coronavirus not only caused big delays in production but that movie theaters are still shut down, with Regal recently announcing they are closing all of its theaters.
As of now, Wonder Woman 1984 is still on track for its Dec. 25 release, but it seems that the writing is on the wall that it, too, will get pushed back to 2021.

Dune moves from Dec. 18 to Oct. 1, 2021.
The Batman moves from Oct. 1, 2021 to March 4, 2022.
The Matrix 4 moves up a few months as they are ahead on production from April 1, 2022 to Dec. 22, 2021.
