Following having finished on The Witcher Netflix series and his recent Comic-Con appearance, Henry Cavill is leading the life of a super man as he is presently in Acciaroli, Italy.
The Superman actor posted an “early morning run” video on Instagram along the beach noting, “There are few more enjoyable ways of doing cardio.”
We see that Henry Cavill included the “#FastedCardio” hashtag, so it appears he is running on an empty stomach. Cavill might be doing intermittent fasting, which is getting more and more popular.
A second Instagram post shows off Henry Cavill on a boat promoting Rosemary Water.
“Ah you know, just casually sailing a yacht around the coastal waters of Acciaroli. We’re brewing a little something here at No1 Rosemary water. Watch this space!” Henry Cavill teased.
Regarding his Comic-Con appearance, Henry Cavill did touch upon the Superman role and offered he would like to continue playing the character.
