Following the exclusive CCXP poster, Marvel Studios has shown a Captain Marvel extended trailer at the Brazil Comic-Con.
Brie Larson was in attendance at the panel where new footage was shown off, but while the footage isn’t online, a description can be found below:
It’s said the new footage includes Carol Danvers trapped on a Skrull ship where she is in a Skrull machine that is trying to forcibly collect information from her mind. Carol then begins to have flashbacks to her time as an Air Force pilot. A Skrull then says that they are looking for something in her mind, and that they need to dig deeper. Carol then breaks the latches holding her hands by using her powers and warming them up, and she then begins to fight with the Skrulls, using the handcuffs as weapons. Carol then further uses her powers to melt and break the handcuffs where a small explosion happens. Carol then uses her powers to blow a hole in the Skrull ship where she uses her Mohawk helmet to safely escape into space. The scene ends with Carol stealing a pod and fleeing the Skrull ship.
Additional footage also shows Carol training with Jude Law, and another scene features Nick Fury with Coulson questioning Carol about all the damage in the Blockbuster store.
