Yesterday saw the release of the final Deadpool 2 trailer, which took a jab at the DCEU by questioning if Cable was from the DC Universe as he was all dark and emotional.
Now the DC Teen Titans Go! to the Movies official Twitter account responds!
“Hey @VancityReynolds, caught your new @deadpoolmovie trailer. Never forget – before you became a @Marvel character, you were a part of the @DCComics universe. #TeenTitansGOMovie,” the twitter account posted.

Teen Titans Go! to the Movies actually made fun of the Green Lantern movie first by having John Stewart stating they don’t talk about the Green Lantern film.
And regarding the Deadpool 2 jabs, it’s possible they may have just been a part of the trailer as it recently became known that not everything featured in the trailers – like Deadpool’s quips – will actually make its way into the movie.
Ryan Reynolds starred in the Green Lantern movie back in 2011 for DC, which bombed big time at the box office, bringing in less than $220 million worldwide.
